The Maple Avenue Mobile Home Park is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a pleasant place to live.  The park is centrally located which provides quick and easy access to many local businesses, schools, and shopping centers.

We currently have several vacancies in our 1 and 2 bedroom mobile homes, which range in price and square footage.  Our available homes currently range from $430 - $525 a month.

This park is recently under new ownership, and the new owner strives to provide, maintain, and improve affordable homes with exceptional service.

The park currently pays for trash, and water.  Each resident is responsible for their electricity and gas.  The owner has plans to add an on-site Laundry Room, as soon as possible.

Each resident will be afforded one parking space, with additional space available on Maple Ave.

Subsidized housing (Section 8, Achieve, Etc.) accepted.  Month to Month Leases available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Clean Background (No Felonies involving violence, or sexual offenses)
• Credit (No major, derogatory information)
• Income > 3X Rent (To include subsidized housing, and/or other benefits)
• No Evictions (Within 7 years)
• Good References!

Screening Process:

• Complete an application (In person or request an emailed version)
• Complete a background, credit, and eviction check ($40 paid by prospective resident)
• Met minimum requirements?  Approved!
