Applicants
Families may apply: at HACY office, utilizing online portal, or by printing and mailing an application.
It is important that you update your application every time there is a change in your mailing address, phone number and family composition. Many families are removed from the list due to undeliverable mailed correspondence.
You will need to have an e-mail address in order to create an online account.

Instructions
- Complete online application.
- Once we receive the online application, it will be reviewed and approved. A confirmation will be email and letter will be mailed to address listed on the application.
- Please review your confirmation to ensure that all your information is correct. If you do not receive your confirmation within 20 business days, please call our office at 928-782-3823 ext. 110.
Print and Mail: Application can be found under the Documents Tab
- Complete paper application.

Persons with disabilities, who require reasonable accommodations, may call the Housing Authority of the City of Yuma at (928) 782-3823 to make special arrangements to complete their online application and/or paper application.
