Maintenance Department
The Maintenance Division is responsible for performing all property maintenance functions to ensure that the condition and appearance of the properties are maintained in a decent, safe, sanitary condition and the units meet/exceed Housing Quality Standards. Additionally, the Maintenance Division is responsible for managing maintenance functions in the most cost effective manner possible while maximizing the useful life of the Housing Authority and associated properties, as well as, providing the best customer service possible to all our residents.
