The combined HACY and AHDC portfolio spans multiple programs and property types, from federally funded affordable housing to tax credit developments and project-based voucher communities. Services provided across the portfolio include leasing, financial administration, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day maintenance coordination.
The managed portfolio includes properties serving elderly residents, families, and individuals with serious mental illness, each operating under its own program requirements and funding regulations.
